Synopsis

Strange incidents occur frequently in the windy city of Fuuto. They are caused by monsters called "Dopants" who have gained superhuman powers using a special USB memory-type item called the "Gaia Memory." Hidari Shotaro, a half-boiled private detective who can't quite be hard-boiled, is once again approached with a troublesome case involving Dopants. Shotaro and his partner Philip transform into Kamen Rider W and solve the case... Mysteries only lead to more mysteries. The organization distributing the Gaia Memory. The two will unravel the many secrets hidden in Fuuto.
