Synopsis[1][edit source]
On his 18th birthday, Tenkuji Takeru is attacked by a mysterious monster called Ganma and loses his life. He is temporarily revived by a hermit-like man he meets in a mysterious dimension, but to fully revive, he must find 15 eye-shaped items called "Ghost Eyecons" that contain the souls of heroes. Takeru begins his search for the Eyecons while defeating the Ganma that attack him as Kamen Rider Ghost... And the battle with the Ganma leads to a situation that will determine the fate of the world.
